The Beginning Has Not Begun

On Beginnings & Origins:

Nietzsche said that if the world had a goal, 'then it would already have been reached' -

What if the origin of the world is that of the snake biting its own tail, and its goal was therefore at the same point as its beginning -

i.e., it's beginning had not begun?
